BuccaneersSuites.com is the official single game suites website of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. BuccaneersSuites.com is designed specifically for premium suite sales (e.g. luxury suites, luxury suite tickets, etc.). This website is operated by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the Buccaneers?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a Tampa Bay Buccaneers suite?

To rent a Buccaneers suite at Raymond James Stadium, click on the game you wish to attend via the SCHEDULE page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Premium Sales Department at 813-998-3877 or [email protected]

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Buccaneers Premium Sales Department will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and the Buccaneers will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into Raymond James Stadium.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on BuccaneersSuites.com are fully private.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on buccaneersSuites.com include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Suites can also be purchased via wire after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other cost to consider will be in-suite catering expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final.

What if my game is postponed/rescheduled? ??

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Following your suite purchase, a Buccaneers representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions.

Any catering preorders will be due 1 week prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from Stadium Club concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs") for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your Buccaneers Suite Representative to complete the transaction. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased until two business days prior to the event (subject to availability).

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for Luxury Suites in Raymond James Stadium. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children. Please note that all individuals, regardless of age require a ticket in all areas outside of private Luxury Suites.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Raymond James Stadium)?

For all events at Raymond James Stadium, only small clutches less than 4.5”x6.5” are permitted. For additional stadium information please refer to our “Know Before You Go” guide for additional details.“Know Before You Go” guide for additional details.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

In addition to your private Luxury Suite, suite tickets will provide access to the Stadium Club bars and concessions.

GameDay Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include parking passes in Buccaneers premium lots on site. Your representative will provide you with details on where and how to park.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

All of our Luxury Suite owners will enter through either the East Stadium Club or The Hyundai Club entrances, depending on the location of your suite. Your Buccaneers representative will share details on where to go to enter based on your suite location and where you are parking or arriving.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens 2.5 hours prior to kickoff.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the game?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.

If I have an issue with my suite on gameday, who can I contact?

If you have an issue, please contact your Buccaneers suite representative as well as Raymond James Stadium staff. All suites at Raymond James Stadium have a phone that can dial directly to the Luxury Suite Concierge Desk on gameday.
